I got a buyer with a home in a nice community with an A rated school (right across the street) and limited work needed down to $198,000 on the property after marketing at $218,000 for one month.Again, only basic cosmetic work needed as the home has been kept well and is in phenomenal shape.

Its going to be vacant till i can find someone but they will be upset if I keep the security deposit also but they did brake the lease several ways.Thanks
