I wonder if they're in the process of rolling it out already. 

Having a property manager you trust — or at the very least, a streamlined process for tenant screening, maintenance, and rent collection — is huge for buying back your time as you grow.A reliable “on-call” team of vendors and contractors – Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repair.

(Some banks may not be familiar with Series LLCs and could make the process harder than it needs to be.)

Its super important to do lots of research on Section 8 and qualifying your property/your tenants for those rents... its worth talking to someone whose been through that process before who knows the local regulations and important persons to contact in order to get that done.

As an agent we had someone on our team that ran into someone claiming they were the owner and started going through the process of listing.

You could absolutely purchase with a VA loan, but as you mentioned there are tougher conditions with the appraisal process.

I had a great agent who was able to provide virtual showings and was awesome throughout the process.

Seems like the seller is trying to use this as a workaround to foreclosing through the normal process.
