Can u seek any remedy from Roofstock on the repairs that were uncovered?

People told you filling it with bogus tenants would be easily uncovered but you continue on that path.

I inherited tenant(s) on  verbal month to month lease, she/they pay cash I'm sure there is/are a ton of mistakes that have not uncovered themselves yet.

The inspection uncovered some undisclosed foundation issues that were going to be around $4500-$5500 from the estimates I got, and the seller wouldn't budge on the price so I walked.  

Unless HUD wants to provide me a written guarantee that my lawyer tells me protects me and will cover any damages from any lawsuit on an uncovered ESA then the tenant is not renting my units if they have an ESA that my insurer will not cover.
