Followed by one last contractor who reinforced all 14 broken rackets to buy us enough time until the insurance company does their end, for they too are swamped with tons of similar and even more severe claims.

What a racket, in my area.

I called the Georgia board because the whole thing they have going on strikes me as a racket. 

The whole thing is a f'ing racket...We're ready for more disruptive technology in this industry.

I heard all about the guru seminar racket as well.I would really like to find someone with experience on this forum in the Massachusetts area to partner with and study under for my first deal.As far as questions go, I do have a couple:1)  Would it be a good idea to hire a commercial real estate broker to locate properties for sale?

IE your in a wreck turn it in and your rate goes up... this is what insurance is for.. makes no sense to have it then when you need it your afraid to use it.that's my take on it..insurance is a racket in the home building side.. we have a 1 million dollar 10 year policy that cost me up front 30k.. and this is just for INCASE someone sues me in the next 10 years.. it will pay my legal bills..

I guess maybe the wholesale racket makes sense to you then.
