Now the landlord has to eat the cost of the attorney, it took a month or two longer, probably will raise rents, screen harder and ultimately the vast majority of good tenants get to pay the price.That's why I donate my time to the RPA Rental Property Association of Wisconsin, which is a local non-profit REIA and we lobby in Madison for sustainable landlord tenant laws - if you are a Wisconsin investor, please consider joining.Excellent analysis!

My church is the bulk of it, but also Serenity Pregnancy Resource Center, YoungLife, Manna House Food Pantry, Compassion International, and then we always donate to one-time fundraisers that pop up.

I am betting that the prices of those Phoenix houses will pass $400,000 and during the next 2025 global meltdown will tumble all the way back down below $80,000 again.So around 2020 or 2021 (will watch the world markets and see what is going on), I will sell all of my buy and hold rentals and probably donate 100% of the profits into my 501(c)3 non-profit start with America.1) I don't buy cash flow properties to get out of the rat race so my passive income exceeds my expenses.
