The reason those people aren't busy is because they only work with 100% vanilla husband/wife white picket fence SFR owner occupants.None of our education, licensing, or testing requirements, involve REI mortgage stuff.

Once they start kindergarten or 1st grade, we will have the house with the white picket fence,  sun room and all the other crap that she has been dreaming about since she was a kid (I don't get emotional about homes so it's her choice lol happy wife happy life).

But, if you were going to use a fence, I would go with a white picket type vinyl fence or a stone fence just for looks.

Most have nice privacy fences in back and some we do a picket in front..

Yes, @Bill Wild that article on the scam Airbnb business was an eye opener and most shocking was to read of a Bigger Pickets member as the lead of such a unscrupulous affair.

I need a 3 foot gate rebuilt & the 2X4 rails & 6 foot cedar pickets replaced. 

I explain to him that these guys probably have no means of closing on time, even if they brought in someone from their craigslist add, and what I'm sure will probably be 100 little white picket signs along the road this week.I told him to ask to see the assignment paperwork and to talk to the 'partner with the money' and have the contract go to title company tomorrow.
