I get very excited when I think I have found THE deal only to end up paddling a boat down the river of disappointment and tears(or stress sweat) when the deal evaporates or ends up being nothing more than "smoke and mirrors".To expand on life's larger issues...well again without oversharing my opinion; I see this world is turning out to be a large pit of snakes willing to bite each other just to get a little closer to the top.

Unfortunately I'm a second shifter at my primary job and work all Thursdays.

To jump start my business I sold my race car, sold the shifter cart, sold the car i had a payment on an leveraged my house with a HELOC. 

I think the liablity is too high on boats and jets skiis, but I do supply a canoe, kayaks and a paddle boat.

Now her kids and/or pets have ripped up window screens, popped screens out, bought a paddle boat and leaves it on the grass.

It's a 1 block walk to Bent Paddle and all the other cool stuff in the neighborhood.

Aaron, it is fun to have someone know where Longview is without needing to explain it.We do try to take advantage of our location - paddle board at our man-made lake, snowshoe at Mt St Helens, lots of hiking.Take care!

@David Krulacthe only tax cert sales i was at was in MS and your right you would need an army to do DD... the sales I sat through also there was a cadre of what i would call locals and the cryer favored them big time. and each cert was sold in 5 to 10 seconds.At tax deed auctions on the west coast ( prior to them going to bid for assets) the sale took place at the county courthouse and there was usually 100 plus people in the audiance with about 10 to 15 true buyers. and the format was auction style and there would be made 200 properties that would take all day to sell. you have to give them a deposit to get a bidders paddle then you had to pay for what you bought before you left if you did not you lose the deposit ( 10k ) now that its on line its like many things all sorts of folks all over the world bidding and there are not the great deals like we used to get

I love being in nature, doing yoga, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding and spending time with my family.
