It wasn't for fire records, and I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but one gal I met told me that she basically used this form (your state's equivalent will  be different), left out the "not being sought for commercial purposes" clause, the lack of which apparently went unnoticed, and they gave her the info she was after in a week.

It doesn't go unnoticed.

I know that I can trust those agents and I have even split some of my commission with them to let them know their sacrifice for me was not gone unnoticed/appreciated.

Also, this must be a really big house for 500 sf to go unnoticed.

Found several issues that had gone unnoticed in prior examinations too.

Given the heavy front load of interest, the equity gained from mortgage paydown over five years may go unnoticed due to minimal going toward the principal.

Sometimes issues can go unnoticed and get much more expensive if you can’t see the property physically for long periods of time.  

I have also noticed attorneys love emails over phone calls but sometimes they go unnoticed. 

Early on in my investing journey I experienced a ton of water damage because of water leaks in places that often goes unnoticed under sinks, in utility closets etc.I was curious if anyone else here has considered any remote monitoring water leak systems?
