@Benjamin CowlesWe use listsource.com primarily and we are able to suppress the new list with an old one as long as it was purchased within the last 6 months with the same account.

This is yet another example of why people need to work with list brokers to find some newer motivated owner occupied lists - so they aren't competing against the multitudes following the same set of instructions.Most ethical list compilers will suppress their files against the Direct Marketing Association Do-not-mail list.

I don’t know what the fees are like in NYC for a liquor license, but I assume pretty high.I would also make sure that there aren’t any other licenses (dancing licenses are required in some areas of you will have music and people can dance), as well as any specific fire suppression requirements (you will want to know if a sprinkler system will need to be installed when running your numbers for example), as this could easily make your project go south.

I ended up getting my first inspection report back and it said I needed to provide a working sprinkler report from a licensed fire suppression company.
