@Nick SabatWe still have to manually test smoke detectors twice a year (insurance purposes), but in bigger buildings are experimenting with being able to tie into the alarm and suppression system to get alerts and check status.We may have a deep retrofit renovation ahead of us this summer (depends how things go at auction in a couple of weeks and our velocity with all the other projects) where I plan to install a "smart" panel which will allow us to remotely monitor and control individual circuits.

Being a person who finds suppression of violence a tedious daily annoyance- these issue you brought up ranks just under waiting for my daughters captor for things to do.  

Maybe worth it to walk, but in business and finances, keep the that pathos mind suppressed and that logos mind at the front.

The reason is you are suppressing who you are really wanting to be and staying unhappy with a mediocre life that is not reaching your full potential.Some people are okay being average and going through the motions.

@Benjamin CowlesWe use listsource.com primarily and we are able to suppress the new list with an old one as long as it was purchased within the last 6 months with the same account.

This is yet another example of why people need to work with list brokers to find some newer motivated owner occupied lists - so they aren't competing against the multitudes following the same set of instructions.Most ethical list compilers will suppress their files against the Direct Marketing Association Do-not-mail list.

BP,How many people out there are currently investing (or considering investing) in 'MINI WAREHOUSES' (500 - 1,000 sq ft over-sized storage units) which have A) power outlets, B) fire suppression equipment, and C) you can use to hang a business license at / conduct business operations?

I don’t know what the fees are like in NYC for a liquor license, but I assume pretty high.I would also make sure that there aren’t any other licenses (dancing licenses are required in some areas of you will have music and people can dance), as well as any specific fire suppression requirements (you will want to know if a sprinkler system will need to be installed when running your numbers for example), as this could easily make your project go south.

It's on the basement floor so no idea about noise suppression.
