(This is not directed at the original poster, in fact it has nothing to do with him at all.)Because of the endless posts on the subject and the obvious attempt by a guru on Facebook to get people directed to his Facebook page, people get tired of it.It comes across as "Is this the proper way to rob an Ice Cream truck"?

With that said @Luka Jozic you literally got the cream of the crop in regards to advice.

@Radovan Matusovich Very familiar with Westwood, I can remember when the big red brick factory opened as a Sealtest Ice Cream producer. 

I avoid the area like a plague any more, which is a shame because there's a few things I do like down there like the car museum and the aquarium and there's a great custard ice cream place, but I'm not going to drive an hour and then fight the ridiculous traffic for that stuff. 

It is no different than if Dairy Queen released a "news article" saying study finds eating ice cream on hot days is great for preventing heat stroke. 

Maybe some things that might be needed specifically in your property (think sunscreen and aloe if you have a beach or lake house, or burn cream if you have a fire pit). 

In my short experience and from everything i've read the cream, always rises to the top regardless of the economy.

There is also a strong correlation between ice cream sales and shark attacks.

I was never in a position to get the cream of the crop inside deals so I wasn't holding out for that but have purchased plenty of decent properties. 

And these policies, in turn, are directly related to the fact that San Francisco investors who have hung on through the decades are millionaires many times over and have their pick of the cream of the crop when it comes to prospective tenants with each unit turn.
