Yes we were successful winning bidding wars 3 months ago using the family postcard technique;) Basically, we added a cute picture of our family along with our offers (which were based on conventional financing) and our “humanity” made us win over the cash offers.

Creative financing is a cute internet topic, but when all is said and done, SO MUCH more is said than is done.

I was interested in this property because it is cute property and it generates monthly revenue.With a little work added to it, and some love given, it turned out to be a lovely house for a family who enjoys living there.
