I think quality would be very important in an answering service, not just for the answers you get but the mood that you put potential sellers in; somebody who is subjected to a disinterested person making nearly minimum wage is not going to be flattered by such an obvious service gathering their data!

That total sales number of $1.3b for the last quarter seems low.I guess we can conclude that a large proportion is not really active at all.The rest is full time but then the 80:20 rule applies to that portion.So overall I think it is more like 10% do 90% of the deals.Here in Aspen I would say the distribution is a little flatter.

I've noticed a trend on BP that whenever someone has positive comments about RDPD they are accused of being a company shill or a know-nothing newbie, even if their post is not particularly flattering of RDPD, as was the case here with Garrison's post.

I can only think he liked me beyond a coaching student as he spoke several times of flying out to 'train' me, which on the one hand I was flattered that he'd want to fly out for me, but on the other hand, what could he teach me in person that he couldn't relay in our countless calls (some were several hours long, all business) or over skype?
