We aren't a large multinational corporation with massive reserves and big cushions to fall back on, but we are human beings that have empathy for a situation that no one alive has ever been through.We are keeping our eyes on programs that the government is designing to help individuals, especially tenants, to get through these hardships.

The company is a large multinational that is unlikely to change plans suddenly or be bought out.I would be looking for conventional financing.

If they area you are looking at might be an area where a huge multinational corporation, that has very good financial health, is opening up an office, you might want to consider several apartments in that area.

Jon:It use to be that way, but over the course of the last decade+, policy has been remodelled to incentivize plundering by large multi-nationals at the expense of small business and individual tax payers.
