Hey Mikai, Never heard of it or used it, many other services have come along into the commercial space before like tenX or something was one for a while and then I think costar just buys them, so they are really the big guys in the game and they really have the best data so not sure what the hellodata can do but costar is pretty legit.

The entry point in OKC is certainly lower than the Dallas area but rents are also lower so you need to adjust for that as well.
