I am as strongly opposed to the leverage-forever notion as I am the no-leverage-ever notion, both make no sense what so ever. 

I’d recommend using Excel or a tool like Trello or Notion to track what you need, compare deals, and stay on budget.

Since real estate is just another form of a transaction I guess I’m trying to understand this notion that in real estate all parties involved are concerned about each other’s fairness & more importantly are people actually abiding by that philosophy?
