Some attorney suggestions are based on making it more difficult for the lender to “discover” that a transfer occurred; some seek to “disguise” the transfer as one to an entity controlled or related to the original borrower; and some maintain that a strict legal reading will have enough “smoke” that the lender won’t bother to accelerate - as long as they are being paid timely.
