@Mark Trumble once per yer is overkill in my opinion, residents aren't likely going to drastically change how they live from one year to the next, but prior to renewing the lease for the first time is a perfect opportunity.

We are planning on building two residential assisted living and memory care homes here in Las Vegas/Henderson.

You sound like you have the right attitude and are focused, especially with your sports/teamwork background, so you will be able to find people, but you want to nurture relationships first to make sure they are who you think they are.

These small, independent living spaces are often built on the same property as a primary home.
