Here's why.If the tenants/buyers have children, or want to have children, while living in the house, then it matters to them. 

We're located 1/2 mile from Nationwide Children's Hospital so all the more curiosity on how people are faring in the furnished MTR space. 

In my case, it's the English-language education of the children of Greece.

Many families start their real estate journey with a similar mindset: generating passive income to improve their lifestyle today while creating a legacy they can pass on to their children.

Also looked at small toys for any children coming in. 

I am 25 with two children and a third on the way.

Listings should highlight family-friendly amenities such as board games, bunk beds, fire pits, and open outdoor areas that cater to groups and parents traveling with children.

A few things I learned on the process:- plan for 4-6 weeks for the unit to be approved by CHA, after you found a prospective, approved, tenant- if the tenant has children, be prepared for a stricter inspection (in particular regarding paint)- you can screen tenants the same way you would screen regular tenants, except for the income part- cashflow is normally better.  

What I personally would like to do is set up a type of Trust for my family (3 households) that will buy and hold property to create supplemental income amongst the three households (families) and ultimately form a type of generational wealth long term for our children.

They may be a huge pain in the butt, late all the time, problem children, maintenance monsters, etc….
