Luckily all of mine have made money so far.I said ON THIS FORUM many years ago when people were hyping the h*ll out of multifamily that the cycle was overheated and it was a game of musical chairs where some would win and other would fall flat on their butt.Most investors were drinking the kool aid and said it will never happen...blah,blah,blah.
