I haven't converted any leads as of yet but I'm only a week into the campaign so its still early in the game. but I cant shake this nagging feeling that i need to be doing something else right now instead of just waiting for leads to come in. i feel like the SEO strategy is a "set it and forget it" type of strategy which is exactly what I'm looking for but i still feel like i need to be doing something else WHILE checking the status of my campaign.I've continued to pull list with the intent on doing some cold calling & reverse driving for dollars but I've been kind of limited in getting out at a decent time due to my actual day job and family time.I don't really have the funds to invest in a VA right nowI'm till taking time to learn the industry when i canWhat more could/should i be doing while the campaign is running?

We have seen flipped properties sitting longer and taking price cuts in multiple markets we deal in.

What we did in the home I live in, is the tile is in good shape, so I just put new floor on top of it, however we did remove some along the ducts (fraying) and the tile for the stairs because they were breaking).
