The one thing that stuck out in our conversation was the fact she initially applied for indiviudal student loans each year or semester (can't recall) and she pays one amount monthly that covers each individual loan yet each loan is reported indvidually so she has  4 or 5 90 day late derogatory marks on her report. 

I will be switching on and off of co-ops every semester to make income, and my tuition is covered by scholarships and my parents.

I am taking one a semester, so it will be two years.

This way she can leave her stuff there and go home to Chicago and just come back when the new semester starts. 

For the multi-bedroom units, I’d try tapping into student orgs, campus housing boards, or even connecting with local RAs—they often know students looking for spots mid-semester.

The timing isn't great since the spring semester is almost over.

His team is adding a course on buying businesses, and they are also working on adding Real Estate College Semesters and learning badges. 

If you miss a new school deadline and dont fill a vacancy by the start of the semester you are pretty much out for the year unless you want to rent to local market. 

My units are both near 2 huge universities (MIT & Harvard) so it is easy to target visiting scholars and lease by the semester (winter, summer, fall).
