I've been trying over a week to actually speak with someone in authority via US Treasury Dept - US Attorney General - FIC - BBB - US Secret Service - and numerous other places just to truly validate that CWS Marketing Group is a legitimate company that manages seized property for the US Treasury Dept.

Too many "Investors" watching the stock market and news headlines and not actually studying the market and consulting with their agent and are waiting on "the right deal" just to fall in their lap.

Some cool benefits include their Lease Indiciation Tool (helps predict the likelihood of a tenant renewing the lease giving you the chance to renew early and/or increase monthly rent if you know someone wants to renew), Expense Tracking, Tenant Communication (via their app), Maintenance Requests, Tenant Payments, and more.

The only thing to watch for is that tenants might treat you like on-call maintenance if you don’t set clear boundaries.
