As I read it, exclusive use is necessary for taking the land by adverse possession, but not for a prescriptive easement. 

You may be able to get a prescriptive easement, which can give you the right to use that land permanently.

It's fraud, you know it's fraud, even the legit prescriptions are more likely to coddle than cure, but it's the law and we have to abide by it.

Look up "prescriptive easements" and "adverse possession". 4.

It would be like downloading a prescription for opioids from the internet and expecting your pharmacist to fill it.

I've seen traveling nurses addicted to prescription meds and they travel so they are less likely to get caught.

The absolute last thing we could ever bear is hearing that some kid was hurt because they found "candy" (prescription meds)  on the floor or God forbid - shot someone with an overlooked handgun.Stress this to staff as this is becoming more and more commonplace each and every day.

Guns, ammunition, survival gear, freezer full of prescription meds stockpiled for the end times, chickens, swords, a motorcycle, car and truck, taxidermy, sex toys, drug paraphenlia, and even a house that was completely spotless except for the one-gallon baggy full of marijuana (I threw it out).
