I’d buy it at full price if it were in Flower Mound, TX & I could get those property taxes.

Just from a personal standpoint, my 77 year old mother received a colored small envelope (like it was a birthday card or something like it from a friend) with a handwritten printed font, that was pretty good with just a quick glance.

Wall flowers don't go very far in the belly to belly business of RE.. just a fact.

Not ever seller will value this, but when they think about it some might...and for some it will be a big relief.When I was thinking of buying in Bay area 20 years ago and there might be 70 offers on a property, people got real creative with what they did to woo sellers...flowers, wine, airline tickets, vacation stays, etc. 

You have $606 after tax dollars to spend on the rest of life's expenses, including investing, buying flowers for your significant other, cell phone bill, water/electric/vehicle expense/food/childcare/hair cuts/vacation. 

Most events are baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, but they've also hosted 'market' type events with vendors and such. 

I totally get the idea for holidays, birthdays, mother's day and so on.
