I am looking to house hack a deal on the left side of the 405, close to W 120th Street and Aviation. 

Private aviation is such a game changer, especially in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area, because as you know, there are no direct flights anywhere when flying commercially. 

I'm a navy veteran and work in aviation.

Some background on me, I spent all my career in the aviation world.

I was first stationed in Virginia and did 9 deployments all over the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic, and Pacific on a 270' Cutter for 2.5 years doing drug and migrant interdiction. 6 months of aviation maintenance school followed and afterwards, I transferred to my first and final aviation unit in Cape Cod, MA on H60 Jayhawk Helicopters.

I work in the aviation business as a dispatcher and my wife works as a nurse practicioner....

I love aviation.

I have not thought about Millington, Tennessee in quite awhile.While I was in the Marine corp I did my basic aviation and basic helicopter training training at the Naval base there before going on to the specialized CH-46 helicopter training in North Carolina.Once again congratulations and looking forward to hearing the entire story.Thanks,Jeff

I will always fly and train but I hope to have a solid backup income from real estate to weather the eneviable slow periods in aviation.
