In New Mexico, there is a program that let's first time home buyers purchase a home for $500 down payment.  

Mexico, Caribbean, FL, who knows.

From a social perspective, I would like to help a millenial buy their first home, especially in a rural area or small town in New Mexico.

My main goal is to be able to have more financial freedom and to be able to take care of my parents since they have worked so hard to provide for my brothers and me - I can already see them relaxing in their vacation home in Mexico sipping on margs :DSo I look forward to conversing with everyone and learning from this wonderful community!

I was advised to set up the LLC in a non-disclosure state (New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming, etc).

The whole state of Texas is close enough to Mexico that it will probably do well for years to come.
