Trying to create a place for Pittsburgh investors to meet up, ask for help, swap stories, discuss pitfalls or positives about investing in Pittsburgh, PA.

However when multiple long standing tax professionals are kind enough to provide their professional opinions, trying to swap someone otherwise based on the merits of your "not an expert" experience isn't helpful to the OP it just leaves them in a fog of mixed information. 

Of course I swap hardware (most have universal sizing for the screw holes) and a new counter top goes a long way towards freshening them up. 

Of course gross is a whole different thing in vacation rentals and Julie is right you should spend the first year swapping things out new appliances new furniture new everything.

Anyway maybe if I can help you  someway in the future we can swap talents and I could help you with some stuff and you can help me set up a website because I never learned how back when I was learning about computers ..

I'll have plenty of upgrade questions regarding swap coolers and furnaces here in the near future...This first unit i bought has old units in each and need to get the utility companies to play along with the reimbursements with energy efficient units, its homework, but nothing like a final exam for your BA....lol!
