Simple email to your LO, who has no idea what you are doing, will get confirmation you are OK.

I am currently working with them, not sure if I will continue, as there has been some unfortunate issues with the LO out for a week, then their license in Illinois went through the renewal process.

Lo and Behold no one else bid although others were there bidding on other properties.

I went to an auction 1 hour south of where I am located and the auction company just happened to have 20 beautiful hot tubs and the hot tub at my B&B was older so I was thinking why not, there weren’t too many people at the auction and we had a big enough truck so they started auctioning them and the first guy that bought one opened the side panel on his and lo and behold NO INSULATION.

You should however have your taxes reviewed by an LO in the market you plan to purchase in so that LO can give you direction as to how your tax filing impacts your purchasing power.  

I look online and lo and behold his parents are on the deed.

I'm not ready to buy just yet, as I am learning my way around the LO strategy.
