:)   I'm stubborn I really want FL  I want to eventually live in florida part time  but what I keep being told is everyone is heading to NC more bang for your buck  I think,  and I would like to say I did have other interests in my life besides realestate but until I reach my first goal I have no other maybe a little yoga. 

And the vision of surprising my parents with a yoga retreat or an overseas venture definitely keeps me going!

Wake, make bed, brush teeth, light yoga/meditation. 

If you are thinking future appreciation, these parks are even hosting morning yoga events.  

Or "lifestyle" businesses (i.e. a yoga studio if you are a yoga instructor). 

If this were true, I as an investor could go buy up a few blocks of post-industrial wasteland in any one of a hundred failing cities around the country, throw in a coffee shop and a yoga studio and some concrete counters, and just start raking in the dough while simultaneously destroying the lives of the locals.

Maybe you want to start a business, get an MBA, become a yoga teacher, etc.

Also do occasional hot yoga (which will make you feel like a completely new person - and my wife loves it!)

But I enjoy reading (about how to be successful in real estate and self improvement books), working out, yoga, I'm an avid cook, I volunteer at a horse farm (planning on getting back into riding and competing in the relatively near future), getting into autocross, and getting into poker.
