Only complaints I've noticed mainly dealt with shipping/damage issues upon delivery.

It's not a requirement in many states, but it sure is a good way for you to receive documented acknowledgement of delivery by the tenant as well as providing a baseline to assess any possible deductions on their good-faith deposit upon their exit.  

I am curious as to what solutions people have found for dealing with package deliveries.

This will document the delivery of the final check with a witness, and it will give the detective the opportunity to ask any questions about the situation.

We also do multiple projects at a time so it would turn into a nightmare with deliveries and storage.

Unfortunately, Minoan (at least when we used them for this property) doesn't always have the most accurate delivery info from the vendors.
