It also stems from a joke in a company I was working at in the early 90s where you'd be sitting in a meeting and when somebody would rattle off something in a meeting that clearly indicated they had no idea what they were talking about, you could pass them a business card with the simple word CLUE written on it.

Not really sure what your goal is in regards to making your life more difficult.There is no logic in a pet owner buying a rattle snake to experience a snake bite.If you want to do section 8 modify your screening for that purpose, concentrate on credit history and previous landlords as most on welfare are not measured by income.

PM's are licensed by the state a saber rattling e mail about filing a complaint with the department of real estate for withholding your rent or not turning over your leases etc.. will usually get them off the dime.be aware changing managers usually cost you money as tenants will now want all sorts of reparis etc etc .
