Since this original post STIR/SHAKEN has been implemented and I now have my home VOIP phone set to only allow numbers I program into it, about 10 people that might need to call me, the rest get straight up canned and my verizon cell has a STIR/SHAKEN neighborhood blocker and I simply block out all 901 numbers and any others that start to become a hassle.

My theory is if I find his main source, I can complain about him and stir up trouble.

Put up with the situation and avoid her as much as you can, move on to somewhere else that won't be as nice in some areas, but better in others, or the last, decide if you want to stir it up with rent control, or the health department or whoever oversees rentals in your area. 

I've worked with him many times and he will not stir you wrong in this type of situation.  

That’s really what kind of stirred the pot and prompted me to get involved.

Whereas we know that we plan on getting the property back we try not to get the original seller stir it up due to someone stops making payments on the underlining loan.

Homeowners have become more sophisticated and many understand that it is usually foolish to sell their home off market compared to going to market and stirring up a bidding war.Along with that, less homeowners are interested in selling due to rates are going up, plus if they sell now many ask the question "with housing prices having gone up so much lately, if I sell, where would I go?

The major thing giving me pause is that there are not many STRs in my town, but the few that are here have caused a stir among some residents who are calling for new regulations to be adopted.

Would you guys shrug it off and just hope they pay rent in future or would you guys bring it up and stir the pot?
