It screams desperation.

Little Suzy will call her uncle or father or whomever and scream that the meanie landlord is suing her!  

If they're screaming obscenities at their kids or husband or whatever while leaving a message, they don't get called back.  

.  :-)  And maybe screaming fights at home.But, if the landlord references check out, I wouldn't worry about it.  

And if they come out screaming, I'd just tell them to sue you and keep spraying.In fact, even if there is some law that says you can't power wash a unit in Shelby County while a tenant is inside, I'd spray anyway and tell them to sue you.

Whereas, you can have someone who is not disabled, but screams obscenities at their video games at 3:00 a.m.  

I'd go running at them like a crazy screaming banshee, take your frickin' mice back home with you!

Live and learn.And, their ex will be around, maybe move in, move back out, screaming fights, furniture being thrown in the hall - professionals are not immune to this behavior.

Some think they can afford it and can't, some are looking for a screaming deal and expect a palace.
