It's fine if you want to indulge a little bit here and there, but you'd better be getting some real enjoyment out of it, because when you upgrade based on personal enjoyment (read: emotion,)there's a good chance you're overspending, which is hurting the property's investment value.When it comes down to your dilemmas, I suggest picking the things that will look the best for the longest amount of time, as they will tend to cost you less over the long haul.

I've got too much experience and knowledge of this business to throw around arbitrary posts on topics I know nothing about, and I don't make up BS just to read my own topics with a self-indulgent and narcissistic gloat. 

It doesn't cost much to replace a pedestal with a vanity at the end of her tenancy if needed, so indulge her on that.

Hello Bigger Pockets,I have been sneakily monitoring the boards and indulging in podcasts over the last several months and I truly appreciate everything this site has to offer.  

Please indulge me.I actually agree with @William Donaldson completely...

@Jonathan Steingraber  I bet if you informed seminar folks about BiggerPockets podcasts and forums, and advised that they indulge for one week before investing in FB, it would drastically cripple your business.  

Both of you have been indulged on this thread far too long and have been using it for something far more nasty.
