“Katy Christian vacated the house prior to Hurricane Beta.Unfortunately she contracted Covid 19 was hospitalized.She is now in quarantined as eveyone who has lived in my house since March.We are testing weekly and sanitizing everything weekly.She and I were not in your house before or after she tested positive.Unfortunately some of her furniture could not be retrieved because of the Virus.Remains in your home and must be forfeited.We’ve offer it for free for pick up.

From what I've heard speaking to students at the business college, a lot of them who had online classes still prefer to stay in town and quarantine with their friends/roommates rather than travel back to wherever home may be and do classes from there.
