If I were you, I would replace any fabric, ie. carpet, I would pay a cleaning company a couple hundred buck to do a deep clean, change any HVAC filters, then I would go to Home Depot and buy an odor bomb or two.

Like I said in a previous post, a local guru, put a deal forward showing unbelievable numbers, and I looked that property up on PropertyShark, the numbers on his deal were totally fabricated.

Besides your home, other causes could be fabrics, furniture or other personal belognings you have acquired.

May not have been the same cabinets or same granite fabricator, but it would look just as good.
