I’ve been in the hearings and this is often a quick unanimous consent in absence of opposition.

Is there a dollar amount of expenditures you want to require unanimous approval?  

We provided all articles of incorporation and an unanimous consent from board of directors stating that the company was authorized to purchase the property and procure funds for purchase from my partner. 

Sounds like it’s a pretty unanimous choice that I should add the appraisal contingency.
