I guess your friends from Mexico City probably haven't been traveling much because of Covid.Yes, Mexico's economy has been hit very hard, as had most of the world's economy (and on average more because of the importance of tourism for the local economy).

You have to wonder why.Some people are scared and won't go to Mexico.

@Joe S.Yes there is a property management company out of Mexico MOThe place has been mostly rehabbed (metal roofs and newer mechanicals and so forth) so it won’t need a lotI have been seriously considering it but just bought two other places and have one under contract so a little light on cashI can get it (I have looked at it three times and negotiated as far owner will go)...

No one is pissin' on your great-grandpa's grave, or talking about giving California back to Mexico here - so far all we know is that the OP has a communication issue with some potential tenants.

$3000 they run forever and for me it doubles as my Mexico vehicle since I wanna look like a nobody with nothing while I'm there.
