From there you can build the team and start buying. 300K can buy you a few properties in C-B areas that are cash flowing, good areas, and less head aches. 

If business is setup correctly there is ACH options, that would be my go-to.

The big thing is they need to be able to have a checking account for the ACH transfer. 

For the the rent control initiative that was voted down, the same guy, with lots of money from selling AIDS Medicine (claims rent control is somehow related), is back for round 2.

@Brewer Staub - most ACH vendors do offer an expedited funding option; however, it doesn't typically do much for the recipient because all it means is that vendor is fronting the money to you prior to the ACH clearing.
