As well there are alot of church preachy sermons and a a good part of one class with her son bragging about his expensive cars, flying in a copter to a cliff to propose to his wife, photo's of their wedding, their child, son pumping his wife's artwork, etc.  

I have read a number of bp books and have built up a solid amount of business knowledge especially in marketing as I have helped with a number of marketing oriented projects at my church.

Some people want to give political donations, they want to feed the homeless, church, animal shelters, whatever… I prefer to give my money to hard working people trying to move up in the world.

She has had  local churchs pay her rent when it came time for eviction day.  ...The fact that this tenant needs a third party to come up with the rent money says a lot.And some of the other behaviors are definite indicators of a "professional tenant" IMO.

Likely uses would be a day care, fitness center, church, and if it's a smaller building, then retail. 

I will very likely end up helping a few generations with those 4 things and then leave the rest to my church; not my kids.

I also do volunteer work for my church and at times lead small groups to teach others things I am learning to help build up the church community.
