What I have noticed from many bloggers is the willingness and intent to invest as little of their own money into an investment.

There are places u could find the letter sis, & no u can't go to jail 4 it, worst thing is they not accept it but really it's all in how u present your whole deal.If u let your Realtor know he will getell 6 to 7 percent offrom the deal they will work in your favor Do not listen to ppl who are trying to just down play what your doing so u won't have a chance like they all did, keep pushing foward & and listen to the gurus not the bloggers that don't care 4 u making deals. 

Google uses "more than 200" criteria to analyze and rank search results.The bullet points I always see are: Valuable sites get linked by other sites, but don't just ask for links, build relationships with content creators(bloggers, youtubers, etc...).

Google "Top short term rentals in your area" and if any bloggers have written about top 10 lists or the like reach out and see if they revise if they would consider yours.

It seems like it may be something that I want to do later when I see that these new avenues are actually bringing me deals.I have thought about doing a Facebook page or a Blogger page through Google as an inexpensive option to a web page.
