I have a personal distaste for it also, but I recognize the right of people to do what they want (and take the risks they want), as long as they're not infringing on the rights of others.I hearing people say that the government should ban something just because people find it morally distasteful -- unfortunately, that's how bigotry gets legislated in this country (see all the recent gay marriage discussion).

It would be a great cathartic experience....ESP if we can include our mistakes & what we learned...Many of the very lucrative deals I did in the past seem to have been 'outlawed' by newer restrictive legislation but maybe there are some strategies that new investors would enjoy reading.

I suppose you could argue a slippery slope that media perception will skew public opinion which in turn could skew legislation which in the end could result in policies that affect our ability to do business... but... wow, that's a stretch.Sure, our egos wish we were all portrayed as Mother Teresa but at the end of the day, does that increase our profit margins?
