There's also one  in Falls Church at a KW office hosted by Washington Capital Partners.You can (and should) listen to the multitude of podcasts here on BP and read read read posts and blogs to get a good sense of where to go and what to do, but there's no substitute for going out and meeting lenders, Realtors and investors who will freely give you advice or may even JV with you to make a deal work.

I'd still say for go for it if you can find a property that qualifies, but be thorough in DD about the regulations/permitting.

We typically use an attorney for going to court when needed since they have a pulse on the courts and how cases are going.  

If you're a songwriter (like me), you get paid royalties if anyone plays or records your songs.

So, whatever it is... eat the same meal, listen to the same song, wear the same color, etc.
