HOA's / Title / Legislation: Are there any concerns here?

The legislation doesn't seem to separate R1, R2, etc.

in treatment or location of bites from breed perceived as dangerous vs those legislators have identified as dangerous?

Favourable city and county legislators can allow pad expansions to increase cap rates quickly. 

@Freddy Pettiford  Mobiles homes are a great place to start even with the current changes in legislation. 

I know PA has got new legislation Texas its already in place etc. the reality is in those areas the converson from lessee to owner is very low so you just recycle the same inventory.. 

Not sure about the status of the proposed legislation but as of 2018 it was in the works.Yes, title companies and attorneys handle these types of transfers.

While I have a place in my heart for the people of California, especially given what they've been through recently, I sure hope the legislation that people complain about there doesn't follow them. 

He confirmed that SB9 is an option for my property, but also mentioned that it hasn't been too popular since it passed legislation last year.
