They, no doubt, have gone through the mortgage song-and-dance with a ton of buyers specifically for vacation rentals.  

The other places I rented & stayed at were convenient for going to a park but not quite so convenient for daily life. 

There's pros and cons for both, but if it's a killer deal, you might want to just contract it and forgo the option (be sure to put and/or assigns after your info so you have the right to assign the contract).

A George Foreman grill a family pack of chicken breast and frozen vegetables go a long way. it has to become a priority that you are willing to forgo convienances for.

So I have 12000 miles that I kept track of for going on trips to the store/to see tenants/ ect for this tax year of 2018.My concern is is that too many miles that could trigger a audit?

Despite the siren song of higher profits, you never see people sell the class A/B portfolio and more down in class.2.

I think its crazy to forgo a security deposit out of fear of a potential fine...that could and probably wont ever happen.
