My opinion and belief about it is if you don't have the intelligence or drive to figure it out on your own then it is probably not something you should get involved with.

I know there are other financing options out there, but don't know enough yet to comment intelligently so all advice and perspectives are appreciated.

I suspect they are trying to artificially create a sense of limited supply to increase the perceived value of the apprenticeships.* I asked whether Los Angeles was a city that may be saturated with apprentices and investors, and Chris said L.A. is big enough to provide an endless supply of deals. 

At this time an intelligent design would have a median of ~ $1.40sf. 

An intelligent parent with standards would immediately step in and assure their kids is not subjected to silliness or slumlord characteristics.

Try the paid version of GPT4 is orders of magnitude better than the previous version a few months ago. o3 has advanced reasoning, it basically prompts itself to do more research, you can watch it go through the thought process and research the internet live - a complex question may take a minute or 2, but the results are impressive.But you have to know how to write good prompts: the answer is only as intelligent as the question.

I live in Barrie Ontario and I plan to buy some multi family real estate with 2 of my brothers who are on the 2nd and 3rd deal, have sutch a small comprehension of the subject I took a peek into an evictions forum from someone living in Ontario and it was just utter jiberish for me  me and I couldn't understand a thing anyone was saying so im looking to build my ability to intelligently evict tentnats before I have them of couse my brothers have done it before but id like to step up to the plate and learn what I need to learn mind im new never gotten a deal yet so please make things so simple even a 10 year old could understand it or it will go in one ear and out the other, so pleas help and thank you.

I think the only intelligent alternative to the above is if they organize together, get attorney, and take legal actions to press that they are now majority share holders and execute a take-over.
