A 50 year could offer an approval for a standard loan versus DSCR or other Non/QM and and again refinance in less time with No Prepay.Coming from a Mortgage Banker I think the more people start to see the "Loopholes" and Niche benefits it will save you money just know its not the best permanent loan, have a game plan to refinance and talk with your banker to set the timing up and how and when to pull the trigger.
