I wasn't really thrilled being forced to quickbooks online from desktop so I would like a different software for bookkeeping but need to retain my mortgage bank too. 

Same fees as just about anywhere - free refi within 3 years (a lot of places actually offer this if you ask them) but overall that was probably the fastest easiest conventional loan I have done to date. 

If you haven't already, make sure you're up to date on local laws and building codes. 

It appeals to desperation on both sides of the transaction, which also makes it a great online class to sell... 

Interesting Usually 90% of the stuff is 10% off online.
