I was interested in this property because it is cute property and it generates monthly revenue.With a little work added to it, and some love given, it turned out to be a lovely house for a family who enjoys living there.

For people that want more opportunity in their lives what comforts can they trade, what calculated risks can they take today for that opportunity/wealth in the future? 

I don't want to live a life of mediocrity.

I love hunting for solid deals for buy-and-holds, and also thoroughly enjoy working with beginner investors learning the game.

I really enjoyed the BP Money Podcast with the Golden Ratio Risk Parity Formula back in July- already listened to it twice and took copious notes! 

I'm very grateful to have been in Cincinnati to really skin my knees on rental property real estate and property management.One thing I haven't seen yet from all the good replies is to make sure you run your proforma as if you are not living there.Once you move out you're going to incur additional fees, such as Property Management service fees, new vacancy fee estimations for the unit you are living in, etc. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy reading, drinking good wine, and hanging out with family and friends. 

Why not just purchase a home and do the assisting living space?
