I feel like it would work to charge a small subscription fee to have a company on call, then have a list of tasks they will do at a set cost and let the landlord choose which they would want to outsource. 

I wish I never got into this, feel scammed. 

And it definitely feels like there’s some electricity-in-the-air-before-the-storm today.I do believe some type of crisis will hit in the next 3-7 years.

One of my biggest pain-points starting out in New Construction that I sought up people to teach me the process... and like you, I was willing to volunteer my time.

  - I have started to see a lot of my flipping clients look for funding elsewhere because Kiavi was concerned with investor concentration risk or market risk, so pretty normal growing pains, and a predictable pattern in the space from my perspective.

If not, perhaps offer a 1-year lease at the same rent they are paying now, or let it roll over into a month-to-month.Moving is expensive for both tenant and landlord, and both parties will do what they feel is best for themselves. 

Hey there @Satya Surendra - I recently switched to a property management company for two of my South Side Chicago properties and I honestly feel your pain......but I believe the right property manager can save you money in the long run with the right preventive maintenance and tenant screening.I had to go through a cash for key situation and it took 6 months of to finally get a new tenant....I think that would have been avoided had I had the property manager at the time because I wasn't giving the property the attention it needed.If you have the time and bandwidth I suggest self managing
